All content on this platform — including but not limited to text, curriculum materials, quiz questions, training modules, articles, graphics, logos, the "Union Corso" character and name, the "Labor Education" brand, certificates, and software code — is the exclusive property of Bradshaw Solutions and is protected by United States copyright law.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from this platform without express written permission
  • Create derivative works based on our curriculum, training materials, or quiz content
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from this platform
  • Use our content for commercial purposes, including reselling training materials or certificates
  • Claim ownership of any content, branding, or intellectual property belonging to Labor Education

Violation of these terms may result in legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Trademarks

"Labor Education," "Union Strong," "Union Corso," the Union Corso character, and all associated logos and branding are trademarks of Bradshaw Solutions. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct

By using this platform, you agree to:

  • Use the platform for lawful, educational purposes only
  • Provide accurate information when generating certificates
  • Not misrepresent certificates earned through this platform as official government or union-issued credentials
  • Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the platform's operation
  • Not use the AI chatbot (Union Corso) to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content

5. Certificates & Training

Certificates issued through Labor Education are certificates of completion for our educational program. They are not professional licenses, legal certifications, or official union credentials. They demonstrate completion of our curriculum and are issued for educational and personal development purposes.

6. Disclaimer — Not Legal Advice

The information provided on this platform, including content from the AI chatbot Union Corso, is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. 7. Privacy & Data Collection

We respect your privacy. Our data practices:

  • Anonymous tracking: We use anonymous visitor IDs (stored in cookies) to track quiz progress and platform usage. We do not collect personal identifying information unless you voluntarily provide your name for certificates.
  • No account required: You do not need to create an account to use this platform.
  • Certificate names: Names entered for certificates are stored to generate and display your certificate. They are not sold or shared with third parties.

8. Donations & Support

Donations made through Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle are voluntary contributions to support the continued operation and development of Labor Education. Donations are non-refundable and do not constitute payment for services.
