Friends of Labor
Who's Who — 2026

A who's who of the 2026 Tennessee candidates who have personally connected with us — who they are, and what they're running for. Know your ballot, from Washington to the courthouse.

Why these candidates? Everyone featured here has a history of being labor-friendly or has been endorsed by a labor organization in a previous election. The goal of Friends of Labor is to educate you on every candidate we know has a relationship with labor — that's why some races show more than one candidate. We're only sharing information. The vote is yours.

A note on endorsements: Central Labor Councils (CLCs) cannot endorse candidates in state or federal elections. A CLC may only make recommendations to the State AFL-CIO — and any recommendation is contingent upon a vote of the full COPE (Committee on Political Education) committee. Nothing on this page constitutes an official CLC endorsement in a state or federal race.
