About Our Local

LiUNA Local 386 is one of the most progressive and fastest-growing construction unions in Tennessee. As part of the Laborers' International Union of North America, Local 386 connects local workers with construction careers that support families. Our members build highways, bridges, dams, buildings, and infrastructure across Middle Tennessee. We hold elected officials and employers accountable for creating jobs, lifting standards, and building a better Tennessee.
