The Union Behind Charlotte's Supply Chain

UAW Local 2404 is an amalgamated local in Charlotte, North Carolina, representing workers at General Motors' Customer Care & Aftersales (CCA) parts operation along with units at DHL Supply Chain, Eurest, and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).

The GM CCA members of Local 2404 are part of the same national agreement as assembly workers in Detroit — when the Stand Up Strike won 25% raises and brought back COLA in 2023, Charlotte parts workers won it too.

Local 2404 is proof that the UAW in the South is bigger than the assembly line: warehouse workers, logistics workers, and service workers all bargaining under one local's roof in the Queen City.
