IBEW Local 1288 stands as a united voice for the hardworking employees of Memphis Light, Gas, and Water (MLGW). Proudly representing the skilled electrical, gas, water, and general services workers of Memphis and the Mid-South, Local 1288's mission is rooted in advocating for the rights, justice, and security of its members while promoting fairness and equality in the workplace.
