(IBEW 429) • Founded 1891
IBEW Local 429 represents skilled electricians and linemen in the Nashville, Tennessee area. As part of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 429 is committed to providing industry-leading apprenticeship programs, on-the-job training, and career opportunities in the electrical trades. The local is actively involved in Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training (EVITP) certification and offers pathways for both Inside Wiremen and Outside Linemen. Under the leadership of Business Manager Jeremy Butler, Local 429 advocates for fair wages, strong benefits, and safe working conditions for all members.
