The Tennessee State Employees Association (TSEA) is the voice of Tennessee state employees and retirees. Since its founding, TSEA has been dedicated to advocating for improved pay, benefits, working conditions, and rights for all state and higher education employees. TSEA provides member assistance with compensation issues including pay, overtime, leave, insurance, retirement, and worker's compensation.
