Workers Interfaith Network

Faith and labor united for the dignity of every worker.

Workers Interfaith Network (W.I.N.) builds power among Mid-South workers through training, education, and community support — so workers know their rights and win a culture of fair treatment and fair wages, grounded in honoring the sacred dignity of all labor.

What W.I.N. Does

Standing up for the workers who too often fall through the cracks.

Know Your Rights

Training and education so Mid-South workers understand their workplace rights and can stand up for fair treatment.

Wage Theft Recovery

Organizing & Advocacy

Mobilizing faith, labor, and community to win dignity and fair pay — including for workers with no other voice.

Faith & Labor United

Uniting diverse faith and labor communities around the sacred dignity of all labor and every worker's right to a voice.

Back in Business — and Needed More Than Ever

In 2002, Memphis labor helped start W.I.N. — a 501(c)(3) bringing together faith communities, labor organizations, and low-wage workers to fight for workplace justice. In a city built on logistics, warehousing, hospitality, and service work, W.I.N. filled a critical gap, standing up for workers who fell through the cracks — including undocumented workers whose employers used threats to silence complaints about unpaid wages and dangerous conditions. W.I.N. said: not on our watch. After being absent for a few years, W.I.N. is back — and the mission is more important than ever.

Because the movement was never just about union members. It was about every worker's right to dignity, fair pay, and a voice on the job.
